WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announced today that federal disaster assistance has been made available to the State of Kansas to supplement state and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by a severe winter storm from January 13 to January 16, 2017.

If you are being pressured to make a decision immediately or asked to wire money to a foreign bank account, both are red flags you should avoid. Two tips before you move forward on a rental property—ask a lot of questions, and read the fine print on any contract.
